What we keep, and why.

Your personal tasks, habits, focus sessions, phone-only groceries and lesson plans are saved on your phone only. They are removed when you delete the app or use Delete account.

When you sign in we keep your name, email address and a protected (hashed) password, plus your hub type and plan status.

We never see or store your card details. The App Store or Google Play handles payment, and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) tells us only whether your plan is active.

To limit account sharing, we keep a short list of the phones signed in to your account (a device name and type) so you can see and remove them.

My Inbox reads only what you choose to give it: text you paste, or screenshots and PDFs you upload. It does not connect to or read your email account.

The content you add is sent through our servers to an AI service to pull out dates, times, people and what to bring. We keep the resulting inbox items with your account so they appear on your phones. The original upload is not kept after it is read.

Flyer scans, My Inbox, parent updates and lesson plans send the content you choose to an AI service through our servers, and only after you agree in the app. You can withdraw that consent at any time in Account › Privacy & AI consent.

Your content is not used to advertise to you and is not sold.

If you create or join a household, the household name, member names, shared tasks and shared groceries are stored on our servers so every member sees them. Invite codes stop working after 3 days, and the household owner must approve each person who asks to join before they can see anything.

Teachers who send slips give us the slip text, each student’s name and a guardian email. To prove who signed, we email the guardian a one-time code and record the signer’s name, signature, time and network (IP) address. Guardians get a receipt with a “Wasn’t you?” link to report a signature they did not make.

If you allow notifications, our notification service (OneSignal) stores a device token so we can send reminders.

We collect basic app usage events, such as screens opened, to improve WEATH-EVER. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

WEATH-EVER is meant for adults: parents, teachers and households. Student and child names appear only when an adult account holder adds them. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

Delete account (in Account) permanently removes from our servers your profile, sign-in details, signed-in phones, inbox items, permission slips you sent and their signatures, and your household membership. Groceries and tasks you added to a household are removed. A household you own passes to the next member, or is deleted if you were the last one.

You can also clear phone-only data by deleting the app.
